The Museum of Modern Art of Medellín (MAMM) — the festival’s main venue — hosts an Extended Night on the last Friday of each month, offering free access to exhibitions and outdoor cinema. On April 24, Alternativa Film Festival joined this initiative with an open-air screening of the Thai comedy-drama How to Make Millions Before Grandma Dies, featured in the festival’s Impact Hits section. The event transformed the museum’s plaza into a vibrant shared cinema space, bringing together 5,600 viewers for a collective film experience under the open sky.
The festival program includes one more outdoor screening at MAMM: No Good Men. The Afghan drama opened the Berlinale earlier this year and will be screened on April 29 at 20:00. Register to get your free ticket and join us for the festival’s final screening.
